Cripes. I was really looking forward to Rumble and Windcharger. Hopefully they'll see repackaging in Classics 4.0, because getting these guys on the secondary market will REALLY be a bitch.

Oh....so what does that have to do with Hasbrotoyshop.com then?

Why can't Hasbro just make in exclusive to there own website until stupid these retailers wise up!?

I was afraid of this happening

its bad for the toys its good retailers are now useing there heads now lets hope they dont swallow to much wave 1 and chock like the last 2 movies...

they could re package these figures into dark of the moon line sneaking them into store distributasion all they need to do is a few packageing changes why waist a perfectly good mold....

F**K. At least I got the Legends Megatron which is the main legend I wanted from my local comic shop, though it did run me $9. Maybe I should go back and pick up Trailbreaker as well.

Disappointing but not really surprising and I'm really glad I've gotten what I wanted from the Generations/RTS line. Still sucks for those going without though.:wtf:

I really wish these Movies would stop sneaking up and surprising everyone. If they could only just announce that a movie with related merchandise is coming...maybe even give people a good long lead time to plan their wave releases, things like this wouldn't happen.

    ...wha?

    Profit.

When a retailer decides to buy toys to sell from Hasbro, bam, Hasbro has made their money.

When Hasbro has to sell them directly, there's no guaranteed profit.

I'm also not sure if Hasbro Toy Shop is licensed out or not. If it is, chances are they can't afford to purchase an entire run of a figure as it's not guaranteed to sell. Though with a mad-dash created by these types of rumors (though it appears to be a very likely rumor) it would now almost be a guarantee hot-seller.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Hasbro did another free figure promotion like they've done twice lately, where these, unreleased to the US market, figures were prizes, ala the Voltron black lion Ravage?

Their asses(or someone elses asses) waited too long to get them to retail. And with movie toys next month, there is no time to push these out. They don't want to even try, while putting all their efforts into pushing the movie line out(which is understandable). Period. I didn't want to believe it, but I anticipated this all along.

That said, anyone in Canada or UK want to help a brother out? :/

Based on what you have seen before, what are the chances that Windcharger (and possibly Warpath) would see a release after the movie toys are done?

If this means there's no Lugnut, I will be sad.

Must say this is a huge fopaw on Hasbros end. I hope this gets brought up at Botcon. With the Animated waves and now this, I'm disputing Hasbros ability to effectively schedule product releases.
