precisely, these are cereal from way before you were born. thank goodness i was able to save the yummy mummy cereal box. last i check about a year ago, it flat and lost the cereal scent but still good condition. someone mentioned the TMNT pudding pies? man, they were good!
I remember the NES cereal, it was all sorts of kick ass having two flavors in one box. Unfortunately, that kind of advertising is outlawed in the US nowadays or something so we won't be seeing any more cartoon branded cereals again. Which is a shame because they came out with some kooky stuff way back when.
You missed out kid... You missed out.. I still remember Ninja Turtles cereals. Rice chex with marshmallow weapons. Nummy. Also Nintendo with two baggies of different cereal.
Graham Cracko's sounds like the cereal Tyrone (play by Dave Chappelle) will eat. Tranformers CEREAL!!! How I miss that?! Was it available in California?
Wow, I remember the Ice Cream Cone cereal! I had forgotten all about that. And of course the glorious Nintendo Cereal System. Breakfast used to be so fun
Awesome stuff, what a trip down memory lane! It was all so simple (plus less "obesity issues") back then. Cereals I remember eating: -Mr. T (while watching the cartoon haha!) -C3PO's -Pac Man (awesome...could never get enough marmallows. Suck it, Lucky Charms!) -Pro Stars I wanted, most likely because of seeing the commercials, but never got: -Ghostbusters -Ninja Turtles -Nintendo -Nerds Never know Transformers and GI Joe cereals existed, I would've been all order that (or at least pouted about it). Neither had nor wanted: Urkel-O's
Unfortunate, but true. The Ghostbusters cereal, TMNT cereal, hell even the Batman Returns cereal were great, even if they were a glorified toy flyer and had no nutritional value.
oh man i remember alot of those! man it was a great being a kid. now there is more healthy shitty cereal than all the fun sugary ones. thanks society.
I don't remember a lot of this stuff or my mom didn't buy is these types of cereals. What I miss are the free toys you used to get in cereal boxes..
