I was wondering if there were any other transformers that were suitable for reshelling or using for Alternators. I know the laser cycles are used by some I remember seeing a thread where someone was going to use Armada Red Alert I was wondering whether say some of the bigger transformers would be suitable maybe Landquake. Anyone done anything along these lines or have any idea.
I use the E Arcee mold, and the ever increasing recolors, for my Alt biker gang plus the C Lugnutz mold (so far one is Wheelie but I could make more into the Junkions). The Laser cycles are too large, for my tastes, but each to their own. The bikes are Minibots due to there smaller bot modes. The only figure I know, that is about the correct size, for a hologram rider is, GI Joe, Snake eyes that comes with the Dragonhawk vehicle. I need to find some more or customize more Snake eyes. (actually, I need to find some semi tranparent figs. for Holograms). I have plans to repaint C Wingsaber into Powerglide and E Galvatron (Purple) and E Sixshot are also with my Alts.

I think there was a MASK series called Split seconds that came with semi translucent figures that were supposed to be holo clones.
