    hahahh almost like he eats the rocks, he doesnt :)  but eats everything else :)

    D'awww your snapping turtle is adorable! :lol 

    I'm still thinking about buying a pet reptile. I might get a leopard gecko or bearded dragon. A monitor is also being considered.

    i think the lighting adds to his paleness. he is darker gray/brown in real life :)

    thanks we rescued quite a few and returned/released some but this is whats left, we have had monitors, mata mata, chameleons, beardies, geckos, sulcata tortoises........etc

    If you like snapping turtles, can send you a bucket load for free.
    Those stubborn bastards, is all I catch when Im fishing at the sportsman club.
    Asked a guy what I should do about it, he said to just cut their heads off :lol 
    Im too sissy for that, so the turtles ended up eating all my worms.

    Kept a painted turtle for 2 years and released it back, it was a cool bud.

    if they are alligator snappers (small) i would actually take you up on that...ive got a spare 55gallon :)

    Turtles are so cool, and wow you have a lot! You probably have to buy a lot of food for them and your other pets.

    yeah, at one point we woud buy 1000 crickets bout every 2 weeks, not to mentino fresh squash and mustard greens/other veggies....and frozen pinkies
