yeah, they are in Canada and use regular mail, so shipping can vary. I woudn't worry, I've never had a problem in many transactions with them. The quality is also amazing.

I have to agree with Optimus Scourge - I've had no problems with Reprolabels but it does sometime take a little while for them to work through the Postal system.

Not to mention you can gets as many as you need - shipped for only $1 flat rate. Can't beat that. Well worth the wait for them.

it takes a bit but they only charge a dollar so who can complain..... they also put cardboard in the envelopes so nothing gets bent.....

and they are an awesome company, the quality is actually better than the originals

And they're actually really good about replacing items if the shipping gets lost too, really nice service, very communicative.

I've purchased all their WST stickers, and with the exception of near blindness and muscle spasms during the application process, I too have no complaints.

Post to and from Canada is a funny thing, sometimes a few days, sometimes a few weeks for an envelope. Drop a line and ask if Delta can tell you anything other than that, but he probably can't.

However, I don't think you need to worry. Delta is a top notch, outstanding guy.

I know its hard not to be impatient. On one of the first sets I bought from them long ago when they first started, it took a month. The very next set, it took a week...Another set - two weeks...this last set - just over a week. You've been waiting 9 days so thats not really over their average. I'd say you still have a week to a week and a half where I'd start to really worry.

Reprolabels are great people to deal with. Friendly, helpful, and you always get what you ordered. My order took about a week to get here, I think.
