On April 26th I placed an order with Reprolabels ($110). I never received anything. Two attempts at emailing got me no response. Has anyone else ever had problems like this? I usually get good service from them. But this is a BIG disappointment.

That does not seem like them at all. Anybody is going to be hard pressed to convince the masses of any negativity towards reprolabels. if your having issues, it's the first, and only issue we've come across in such severity.

Give them a chance to respond on the board. I'm sure this was an anomaly- Reprolabels is tremendously reliable.

file a paypal claim...if they are legit they will respond and if not then you will get your money back,

Personally you need to do something like NOW...cause after 60 days you can no longer file a claim via paypal......

and april 26th was a long long time ago.....

you seriously need to file a claim with paypal if that is how you paid...in three days you are at the 60 day point and after that you have NO chance at getting your money back.....

If it were me, I'd file a Paypal dispute. It's a pain for the seller, but when they don't respond to emails (presumably you've waited at least a week or so for a reply to each email?) and they take two months to fill an order, then I think a Paypal dispute is the logical next step in resolving the problem. If you're professional about it (i.e., state the facts, no name-calling), it should work out for you--either you'll get a refund or you'll get what you ordered. Kind of sucks to have to resort to it, but I think it's the smart thing to do when it gets to that point--especially when your 60 day period in which you can start a dispute is about to expire. Even if you're 99% sure it's just a crazy misunderstanding, it's best to cover your butt.

They've been really busy lately. My last order took a few weeks longer than usual to get, but I got it. I'll mimic the responses here and say to PM Delta.

I wanted to start a topic about it, how convenient :p

I wanted to know about their customer services in general, because I've ordered a few time and everything was fine. My last order though took age to get to me (over a month, and I'm in Canada as is Reprolabels), and I emailed them about it but got the order the week after, before I even got some answer from them.

A few days later, I discoverd that my Devastator sticker sheet have a factory cut all across the sheet, damaging a good number of stickers. I contacted them via the "customer service" email that is printed of the paper I got with the order, and yet I haven't heard back from them. It's been 2 weeks now and still waiting :thumbdown

no, they're just short-handed right now, and on top of that, they're getting more orders than they ever had.

Definitely. I've noticed that a LOT more people here have started ordering through them. It takes time to do these things, people. I've had NO problems ordering from them in the past and I highly recommend them, if you'd like to know my opinion on it. Also, if any of you that are waiting put in custom orders, those will take a bit longer, I'm sure. Just try to be patient and PM the owner as suggested.

To make a long story short:

They are NOT going downhill and they have great service.
