Also, Reprolabels will pay for themselves in the value they will add to your Max. Don't balk at the price. :)

I wasn't aware that reprolabels increased the value of an older transformer, since they are only copies of original stickers. Is this true?

If the originals are peeling, faded or missing they sure do.

I'm not against the idea, more or less I'm posting this for continued discussion. If you were selling say this guy's Fortress Maximus wouldn't you have to state that you were using reprolabels instead of originals? I mean its kind of like saying he 100% complete, but some parts are reproduced and not original.

I've never personally ordered from reprolabels either, do the stickers come pre-cut or do you have to cut them out with an exacto-knife?

Oh for sure, I'd state they were repro stickers. I mean, some people might care and it may influence their decision. I bought my Max this summer and he has original stickers, but it wouldn't have made any difference to me if they were repro or original. I still picked up Reprolabels to use as backups in case of damage. I did add a repro sword as well.

I picked up TM Scourge earlier this year, the toy had been cleaned and Reprolabelled. You could tell since there were small scratches in the plastic from bouncing around in a toybox for some time, and the stickers were dead mint. I didn't mind though, the final look of the toy is what's most important to me.

I compare it to refinishing a piece of antique furniture. The varnish is new but the design is restored to its former glory. And an expert will know the difference.
