Reprolabels does take a while to process and send out orders, but that's because they're not a big operation. What also may be a problem is the size of the order and what you got. For instance: I ordered the massive $30+ Powermaster Prime reprolabels in addition to two small movie figure upgrade sets and it took well over a month and a half for them to be sent out (according to the date on the envelope).

However, just be patient. Reprolabels is ALWAYS top quality and you will not regret buying them to fix up your figures. That's why they're still in business.

You're also in Canada, same country that Reprolabels is in.

I'm betting the problem here is that the letter is stuck in customs or something. I remember it took my Alt. Battle Ravage, which I won on eBay a few years ago, a long while to get to me because he'd been from Canada.

They shipped mine for Classics Wheeljack out on the 4th and I JUST got them today. Which reminds me, I need to email them back and let them know they finally came...

Wow, a bit of patience goes a long way. Reprolabels is in Canada, so you have to worry about customs and such. You may have to consider that they might have to print out your sheet if it is a hot selling decal set.

I've ordered from them something like 7 times already, and they haven't once failed to deliver quality goods.

You will get an email that they have shipped and then they will show up in the mail. Keep in mind it will be letter mail so it will be slow and will take a few weeks from Canada to the US.

To be honest, I've never had them fail before either, however this particular time it just took MUCH longer than it usually does. I've ordered from them many many times restoring vintage G1s and such and I usually get my order within a week or so. This time it took almost a month, which is why I got a little worried myself.

I shot April an email last Friday and got this response this morning (which just happened to be the day I got my order) and this is what she said:

I ordered something from them that shipped around the beginning of April and am still waiting for it, as well. But, on orders leaving Canada, Reprolabels is at the mercy of Canada Customs, which results in the wildly variable length of time it takes to receive an order from them. I get a fair amount of mail from relatives in Canada and I see the same thing: Sometimes the things they send me arrive in a week, other times it can take a few weeks.

EDIT - Reading Weirdwolf's post, looks like I'll have to shoot them an e-mail next week, if my order doesn't show on Friday/Saturday.

I'll just have to wait a bit longer, thanks for the info.
