For some time now Prime's truck grill somehow got unscrewed.

I've tried to screw it back in and nothing seems to be working.

Can anyone tell me how to reattach it?

that looks broken to me but I dont have the figure so I cant look at it in person

but the screw could just be stripped or the screw hole is stripped and wont hold it

I doubt its broke, but go to the Radicon boards, they'll know for sure, and can tell ya how to hook it back together.

Ya know what man, on my classics on I took out that screw to remove that piece. He no longer has a back pack and it holds securely when he is transformed. I'd say just leave it.

It's sorta like Classics Primes version of Megatron's wing mod   .

Im a little confused. you said you tried to reattach the grill/bumper? But it doesnt stay. Have you taken the torso apart? Uncrew the 4 screws you see in the back of his torso. those parts split in half. becareful, there are pieces inside. There is a tab with a spring and another piece of plastic that provide tension on the hip rotatio and chest rotation. then there is the screw for the bumper. Plug the bumper back in place and screw the screw back on. it might help to squirt a little super glue into the hole first. Or loctite.

Then just put him back together.

I'd just glue it with good strong epoxy. My preference is Plastic Weld, by Devcon, but there's lots of really good strong ones out there. Maybe even glue the screw in it for a little more stability.
