I have a G1 Optimus that survived my childhood. It's not in bad shape but I think and hope I can restore some of it's former glory. I would like to repaint it's feet because it does have some scuff marks. Has anyone ever done it? If you have exactly what shade of paint is it? Looks like a very dark blue almost purple. I would like to do it before I reapply the stickers. I don't think I cna just retouch the scuff marks, might have to repaint the whole foot to look even. Also did you just paint it or apply a coat of clear spray and give it a little shine.

well you could touch it up, or strip the paint off 1st then paint the feet again which would make it smoother and a better finish.

a clear coat would probably be good too!

Can I match the foot exactly or do you think I should do the leg too to have it match properly?
