all the black was nice but i wanted to give him some shine enjoy, criticism welcome and if this is in the wrong section, i apologize i just repainted him a bit with some acrylic paints from walmart...silver, and metallic blue.... enjoy and after painting the blades on the weopon
Reminds me of the Fallen. I think I'll get back into Lego's again so I can make the original 13 spawn of Primus. Thanks for the inspiration.
hahah funny, someone mentioned to me today also that it looks like the fallen...i think a little like one of the predators too
thanks yall i first started painting on my iron man toys, then a hulk figure....now a hero factory too much fun
Oohh that is a nice repaint! It really makes me want to buy these guys. Even though I promised I was done when Bionicle ended Can anyone tell me what the smaller black and orange guy is called? Is he from Hero factory as well? I'm having trouble researching the figure online without its proper name.
its called jim stringer i added the orange lines but heres the link to the lego site for the new hero factory line LEGO Hero Factory | LEGO Shop
Awesome! Thanks for the link. You did a great job on him with the orange paint applications. I thought they were factory applied! I was a bit dissapointed when looking at the pictures on the Lego website that it didn't look as good as yours. If I'm buying that, I'll have some painting to do
wow...thanks so much oh and for the small heroes like stringer....don't be dissappointed like i was...the big gun arm is half hollow and no elbow joint..so its alot lighter than i was expecting... i picked up these today so i think im going to repaint them as well if your wanting them, i think they might be at some of the walmarts/kmarts..but ive found all of them out at toys r us..
Eh. Here, in Quebec, I'll be lucky if I find these kits, let alone the regular heroes. (It might be better this way though. I can't be tempted to buy if they're not on the shelves, right? ) If I do cave in and get Stringer, I've already got plans for him. One thing being filling that hollow gun arm. We'll see!
