So I got Primus today. For safe keeping, I put all the keys around my desk (Primus, Downshift, Cannonball) in the lock.

Downshift's and Cannonball's will come out without a problem, but Primus's is stuck in there. It's on the battery side, if that matters.

How do I get it out without damage?

Should just come out. I do find those Cyber Keys a pain to remove sometimes. But never had one not come out.

    Pull harder?

Seriously, there's nothing that should break. It shouldn't be THAT hard to pull out. On mine, no matter which slot I put the keys into, they jiggle around and are easy to remove. Maybe you got a bad Omega Lock?

Edit: Congrats on finaly getting Primus! How do you like him?

wiggle it to the sides, thats how I have to get my Galaxy Force Vector Prime's key out no matter which slot I stick it in. None of the other keys have that problem, maybe its becaue VP and Galaxy Convoy are the only Galaxy Force toys I have.

I've put more force on it than I'm usually comfortable with and it still hasn't come out.

EDIT: I removed the battery door and manually pinched the clip to get it out.

Yeah, I have that problem with my Omega Lock too. All of the keys will slide out a bit TOO easily except for one that I have to actually take out by force.

    I noticed it, too

on my OL, the battery side is a bit tighter than the others.
    ???? that is odd...

i do have a primus question...
Is Primus supposed to hold the O-Lock in his hand(s)?
never had any luck getting him to hold it.
