This thread is intended as a companion to "Newly released and upcoming toys: Hasbro edition", as suggested by some of the folks over there.

Age of Extinction has now been completely removed from the ongoing thread and is archived here instead. In case one of these toys suddenly shows up in another market long after the fact, it will also be pointed out here.

Don't see a toy listed here that should be on the list? Toys in Age of Extinction-style packaging lacking the AOE logo can be found in the Transformers (2014) archive.

Even though AOE Deluxes and Voyagers are supposedly exclusive to Toys"R"Us in Germany, they have also been found at Intertoys stores. The reason for this might be because Intertoys is originally a Dutch chain and gets its stock from Hasbro Netherlands.

The AOE Silver Knight Optimus Prime/Grimlock two-pack (Target exclusive in the US) has been found at Tesco stores in the UK.

Just was looking through this, realized that the KMart exclusive Voyager class Optimus/Grimlock two-pack isn't listed on here. It wasn't a great pack, but it exists! :lol

It's near the end of the first post, just below the Walmart exclusive multi-packs.

This is the archive listing. The recently released items like those Power Battlers can be found on this listing - http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/trans...ly-released-upcoming-toys-hasbro-edition.html

    As Griffin explained:

Is that too complicated? Should I move anything that has been released to the archive threads, and only keep an "upcoming toys" list? I'm really looking for feedback here.

I regret missing out on that classic Optimus and movie Optimus 2 pack. I saw one at TRU and decided to buy it some other time. The next day, I came back and those two picks were picked clean

Not to rub it in or anything but I found a gift card that I had and used it to buy the Optimus Evolution 2-pack a TRU and am loving it! The classics with chrome is amazing. The chrome just pops out. And of course the AOE Optimus imo is a great figure. Definitely worth a buy. If you see it again, def get it!

No probs, TFW is a big site, so sometimes people need some help finding stuff here (me included).

Hmm...I think the only problem with the archive vs. upcoming/released lists comes down to individual restocks. For example, out by me, I still haven't gotten the Generations wave with Windblade in it, and all of the AOE figures are still available, so that isn't a problem. I like the system as is though, I think.

Same thing happened to me :/ Haven't seen another one since then, really should've picked it up that first time I saw it.

Haha, very true! I love this site, but sometimes it can be difficult :D

Currently, I move anything that has been out at US retail for over two months (the date of the first reported retail sighting counts) to the archives, except when two subsequent waves in the same assortment (e.g. Generations Deluxe Class, RID One-Step Changers etc.) are already released at US retail in less than two months.

For things that are intentionally "online exclusives", I try to maintain the "two months" rule following the first report of an online store having the product in question in stock.

For things that never materialize at US retail, I eventually make a call when the entire line is drawing to a close.

In a rather unexpected turn of events, Leader Class Bumblebee turned up at Rossmann stores, which also carried Leader Class Optimus Prime and Grimlock as exclusives.

Galvatron was among the figures from the initial US retail sighting of that wave:
Age of Extinction Wave 3 Power Battlers Out in the US - Transformers News - TFW2005

This guy also saw Galvatron at retail:
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/trans...-transformers-sightings-827.html#post12181284

Vehicon and High Octance Bumblebee are currently in stock at Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth, Bumblebee also at ToyWiz (Vehicon is out of stock). That appears to be the odd wave without Junkheap, there's also a wave that includes Junkheap which is currently still listed as "coming in February 2015" at Entertainment Earth.

No idea regarding brick and mortar retail.
