The BBTS preorder says April, but what is the exact date the toy will be shipping off ?
I'm glad someone asked his because I never had the nerve to. I've been researching this and nobody has a concrete answer..... April, May or even June at some stores.
No one knows. If BBTS says April, you can expect to have it in your hands sometime in early May, assuming the ETA isn't pushed back.
Toy Arena says 30 May and from my experience with them they haven't been way off on preorder dates (unless it's something that's delayed, which can't be helped by anyone), so I'm thinking sometime in May but sure wouldn't mind if it's earlier.
you have got to be kidding? MAY 30TH????????? Here i was thinking (well hoping) mid April because i'm tired of waiting! If their is one thing any fan base can agree on is we are ALL impatient
Don't forget a lot of people had HOS Prime on preorder, with an initial ship date of fall 2009, and now it says "Late March". These 3rd party items are a different breed
Of course, I expect fansproject to be a lot more accurate as they move forward and get some experience under their belt.
I'm glad that you brought up HOS Prime. It is holding up a big preorder for me. I hope that we get these soon.
can anyone tell me the story behind the warbot defender? is this just a copyright name for the autobot triple changer?
It is not Autobot nor Deception.
This is a 3rd party product.
I don't think there is a story behind this robot yet.
There is a robot that looks like Defender in the comic that comes with the Powered/DIA Commander kit and the Aerial Team Appendage Add on Kit but those stories are not linked in anyway.
thanks, but doesnt it look like the G1 triple changer Springer? and i was just wondering if it was cause of copyrights they couldnt call him that, hes sick all the same, i like the fact that hes anonymous you can give him your own story
I wouldn't get to excited yet. We haven't even seen pictures of it with a final paint/plastic color scheme.
I am excited though...
I'm actually holding off on getting him until I see some final production pictures. Eighty dollars is a lot to spend on a figure without seeing a picture of the final product.
