Did anyone else get a sticker sheet with their Soundwave? It has Japanese writing on it but the instructions don't say where they go.

fucking hell. My wife lost her debit card and we had to get new cards a few weeks ago. I just remembered I ordered this way back on September 8th with the old card number, which obviously won't work anymore because it's blocked. I thought it odd that I couldn't change my payment method on the site, so I called their customer service number. THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD, so now my order's going to get declined and canceled, and I can't re-order because it's not available for ordering online anymore. They said there's no way of altering an order in any way after it has been placed. What kind of bullshit system IS this anyway? They used to be partnered with Amazon, who do it right and allow any changes to be made at any time before the item ships. Did they learn nothing? KD is batting 0 for 2 with online Transformers orders lately after my abysmal experience with HasbroToyShop and now this. Dammit.
Yep, sure did. No luck there either. Oh well, I guess I'll just take my chances in store. Was hoping to avoid that since I have a feeling this is going to be in high demand.
Yeah, that's a load of crap, man. I had the same situation when I preordered MP Starscream through Action HQ. They were ready to ship, but I forgot I had changed my credit card number. They emailed me about it, I gave them the new number, and everything was ok. I dont know why TRU.com has to be pricks about it. Good luck, man. If I had ordered 2, I'd part with the other for you.
I'm sorry, it may be cruel to laugh, but that was just too funny. And now I'm sad.... Seriously, dude, it really sucks when shit like that happens. Hopefully, both you and I will get lucky, as I too have to brave the masses to snag me a Soundwave.
We changed cards too, though when my wife called they said there was going to be a suspension state on the order when the card got cancelled. I have been waiting on the failed transaction mail and haven't got it yet. My status is still 'items located in stock'-what is yours now? If I can't change it I am going to be pissed after they told her we could after the failed attempt to charge it off.
this is toal crap i got off the phone with a represenitive about why my status has not changed from item located in stock and one said that they were wraping it and getting it ready to be shipped and annother told me that alot have ordered this item and it may be temp out of stock.
I called yesterday, and they told me that the reason I haven't received an email telling me mine has shipped, is probably because they're shipping them out as they were ordered. Which is what I assumed. So, the people who ordered when preorders first opened are probably the ones getting theirs first. I ordered mine a few days before it was supposed to be released, so I guess I have to wait. Meh. The woman also said that she(or someone else) would look into my order further and send me an email telling me EXACTLY when mine was shipping. So far, no email.
