I was thinking, it might be similar to the Predaking reissue awhile back. Not part of any Reissue series, but a standalone reissue by itself. Either way, I'm buying this.

Yeah it says "Ongoing *Something (can't read it because of the glare)* project, the elusive Lynx" It also says TBA the price and release date.

You can take it or leave it. I am not going to guarantee the release, but the writing is there

But what's the story about the Dai Atlas and Sonic Bomber? Are they transformable figures, or statuettes?

As far as Sky Lynx goes, considering that its on display at this show with NEW toys, there has to be something in the works with him...although, ironically I just bought a vintage Sky Lynx with the box, insert, figure near mint for a pretty penny...so this is both disturbing and ironic news for me...but I do have a VINTAGE, so I guess Ill take comfort in that.  

As someone else mentioned, Takara doesn't have the rights to the mold..unless they do now, so we will see what happens.

It would be cool if it was in G1-style packaging like Predaking. Any guesses on price? I'd say $60-80 unless they make it an exclusive at a Con or something.

 

Call it blasphemy, but Sky Lynx was never a top priority on my list. I would rather have my Trypticon back, or my Omega Supreme. Why did I give them away in high school?

I am all over those new S.O.C.s. I am really excited about the God Mars!!

I either own or have in the past owned most of the G1 stuff I wanted so the re-issues don't do much for me.

 

Vikung-Fu looks awesome.

 

Sky Lynx really is one of the stranger things to come out of G1.

Skywarp looks fantastic...I must resist.

 

A Sky Lynx reissue would be FANTASTIC. I've been watching vintage pieces on ebay for months, but never felt comfortable shelling out $100-150. Especially when you're not sure if the electronics work, or if there is yellowing to the shuttle, etc. It's a fairly fragile toy. Even if this sells for $75-80, I will definitely pick one up.

More G1 reissues, please!! What's next???  

 

I definitely want a reissue Sky Lynx. I've been hoping for something like this for a long time. I like the G1 cartoon but most of the toys are lacking in aesthetic appeal and articulation. The only items I really want are Sky Lynx and Brave Maximus. I thought I would never get Sky Lynx until Hasbro created a classics' update.

 

I will buy four of SkyLynx: three from the first company, one from the second company.

Not a terrible fan of the non-converting Machine Robo toys but I'll make an exception for VikungFu.
