Post references to past transformers series you noticed while watching transformers prime.
In Partners, Starscream mentioned the other seekers and Bulkhead mentioned the Fallen.
In Shadowzone, Raf lost his glasses, which could have been a reference to Captain Witwicky's glasses in TF1
In the most recent episode, Bulkhead got imbued with ancient Cybertronian knowledge and started drawing symbols, much like Sam in RotF. During his ramblings, he mentioned Perceptor's Paradox and something about Gears.
Those are just off the top of my head.
Most recent episode: Beast Machines and Perceptor were mentioned
Shadowzone: Starscream's null ray and sonic cannon.
In the most recent one Ratchet mentions Bulkhead paint Lugnuts, or something along those lines.
That seems like a bit of a stretch.
Other then the others Hatch mentioned, the only other one I can think of is a monster truck rally was called Beast Machines.
Oh yeah, and in Con Job they mention Darkmount pass.
Was there ever an end run on polyhex in another continuity?
The immobilizer is a reference to a device Wheeljack made in G1 (obviously)
When Bulkhead asked for paint, it reminded me of Animated Bulkhead.
Aside from the obvious ones like character names, Cybertron, and Dark Energon, a few character traits are similar to other continuities as well such as Ratchet returning to his Grumpy Smurf demeanor; Bumblebee is again voiceless like the live-action franchise and he’s still a muscle car; Optimus’ retains his retractable faceplate from the live-action movies as well as his semi make; Bulkhead’s intelligence is the lowest in the lot; much like G1 Cliffjumper Transformer Prime’s Cliffjumper acted before thinking things through.
Cybertronians still work with humans, primarily young adults and a few adults, again similar to past series, but probably more in line with G1. The Autobots’ base is in a mountain, similar to that of G1, and the Decepticons’ base is once again the Nemesis.
Starscream continues to be Megatron’s lieutenant and Soundwave his most trusted spy. Starscream is just as shady as he’s been in past series and similar to his falling out with Megatron in G1 his fallout in Transformers Prime has yet again led to his exile.
Decepticon spider is again female; moreover, she’s knowledgeable in things past and present and similar to Blackarchnia, she’s got her own agenda and is a damn good fighter to boot.
The Decepticon army is once again cloned troopers like the seekers in G1.
The Autobots have a strong military connection somewhat similar to the one they had in the movies, though they are not special operations this time around.
Doh! Forgot the Spacebridge!
Op:Breakdown..The creature double feature with the 5 headed Ape and Dinolizard...Beast Wars for sure.
Starscream proposing to join the Autobots could be a reference to Armada Starscream.
Pfft, I'd say that was more of a reference to Velma from Scooby Doo more than anything. He's already a nerd who wears orange and glasses.
On Metal Attraction, Megatron says: "WHAT CHANCE DO YOU HAVE against the Autobots?"
A possible use of Furmanism.
It probably is. That's just what I thought of when I saw it.
lol The note that Miko plays at the end of the last episode is the first note in the Beast Wars theme song? Maybe? XD
It seems "Lugnuts" in this universe are what they call their versions of 'flowers' or something to that degree.
"[Megatron is] pushing up lugnuts". - Bulkhead in "Sick Mind"
In the new episode they store energon in cubes much like they do in G1
In the last episode Jetfire came to mind.
The one before that the formula.
When was jetfire referenced
I just thought about when the bots when through the mine tunnel.
Separate names with a comma.
