The Allspark Almanac 1 has already been extensively decrypted and anything missed has been revealed by the author on his blog. The Almanac 2 already has a discussion thread in the comic book forum (and in this forum on page three I believe) where people are still finding references. I recommend going into either one of those threads if you want to look for references.
The TFWiki pages for both Almanacs also list all the TF and non-TF references (the Almanac II page is kinda empty at the moment, but there's a llink at the bottom for McFeely's annotations). I suggest keeping a mop and bucket on handy, as your brain may explode upon reading.
