The redesigning/remodelling of Polyhex for Redemption Episode Two is coming on well:

    Now, to rebuild Darkmount itself...

    Well he says.

You mean excellent, don't you? ;)

I'm enjoying the greater variety in the buildings, the lighting from the street level and the excellent detail level including all the windows. :)  Awesome job so far Draven! :thumb

sweet! i wouldve went with a bit variety/contrast in the building height (a more dramatic skyline). also, a lot of sky hangar's what with polyhex being a decepticon stronghold. my own designs, here:

there just arent enough cybertron cityscape art out there.

Incredible! That looks miles better than a lot of professionally done stuff I've seen.

All in all I see the improvements over last version. The thing that sort of sticks out though is that some of the buildings still look a bit cloned. I'm not sure if it's because they need to be more spaced out or what, but the structures I'm talking about are to the left in both pictures. Also, it might be interesting to change the light colors up a bit and see how it affects the environment. Looking good, keep it up!

It reminds me a lot to the Beast Machines CGI. Well done. :thumb

Damn, that's some bloody awesome modelling, Draven. :thumb

Can't wait to see a camera run that tracks through that cityscape - an aerial pursuit, perhaps? :D

Wow, Pete. That really looks fantastic. I'm especially digging the haze in the first image.

That is a thing of beauty. I never really liked the look of Cybertronian landscapes in the comics or shows, but this "feels" right. Truly impressive, loving the atmospheric effects!

Having just flipped though the "Star Wars Legacy" preview book I have to say that their CGI is pathetic compared to yours.

You know I'm dating myself here, but I get a bit of a TRON vibe off this.
