Considering how Cliffjumper is a red Bumblebee repaint in the movie series, I doubt it's him. My guess Autobot : Hound,Crosshairs or Warpath. (In Tf1 Warpath was a red Overhaul repaint) Decepticons: Dirt Boss, Ruckus or Mudslinger.
I honestly wouldn't rule him out. For example, Arcee was a normal, humanoid, two-legged robot. Then for RotF she's completely overhauled. Same thing could happen to Cliffjumper.
The same thing happened with Ransack in the first and second movie toy lines, but I guess we're not talking about off screen bots.

Definitely a Transformer. If it's been customized like that, for sure it's a robot. But up close though, I'm not liking the design too much. It looks like an oversized Hot Wheel, and there's too much red on it.
Definitely looks like it'll be a Transformer. The design of the red rings on the rims makes me think of Gears. However the spikes coming out of the rims in the 3D render make me think Decepticon. I have to agree with DecepticonsRule. Up close it doesn't look all that good. Though it should, imo, be interesting to see how a toy version of this could turn out.

No, it's the same Jeep. Just look at the album on his Myspace. The back part that girl is standing on is retractable. The picture you posted did have different rims, but the correct rims are on it in the other pictures.
Yeah I actually thought Gears at first, too. But seeing the way the wheel was specifically designed does give me the idea that those are suppose to fold out and become claws in robot-mode. Which is more characteristic of a Decepticon. Whoever it is, it should be interesting to see how it transforms.
I'm hoping this is an Autobot, personally. Whether it's Gears, Blaster or Hound, it doesn't matter. Anyone of those guys would be cool.
Not front-page news worthy? Nice sig. Didn't realize we had gotten that good of a look at the red one. He comes to mind too, though the huge tires don't really fit him well, lol.
