I'm a little behind on this, I know, but I have a couple of questions about Red Dead.

    1. How customizable is your character in multiplayer? Can you change hair, face, facial hair, hat, suit, coat, etc however you want, or are there just a a few templates to choose from?

    2. Do you recommend the game?

    3. Is the multiplayer community (XBL) still thriving?

    4. How important is it to get the DLC packs?

    EDIT:

    5. How big is the explorable world of the game? How diverse and rich in texture is it?

    1. You don't really get to customize your characters, you just get a selection of character skins to use. You unlock more as you level up.

2.I'd recommend it. The single player is great and pretty long (it's a little slow at first though). The multiplayer is also fun but the single player is the real meat of the game.

    4. The Co-op pack is free and are fun so there's really no reason not to get it. The Legends and Killers is mostly just character skins and maps and the Tomohawk weapon. The new Liars and Cheats pack has quite a nice bit on content though, and adds many new modes as well like online Poker and Horse races, I'd get that one since it adds quite a bit to the game.

I second this. I have played every Rockstar game since GTA III. This by far is a combination of all previous games into a masterpiece.
