The only educating and informative thing I got out of the video was what teenagers think of during the weekend. Oh, that and the mental maturity of this upcoming generation is comparable to that of a rock.
I think Friday is a complex, deep song and a look inside the creative and dark mind of Rebecca Black.
Wow, you're right. I can totally understand how the song is merely a bridge into her head. And I thought MY mind was a scary place. Also, thought this would find some humor here: YouTube - Weyland accidentally releases Rebecca Black
All i know is that whenever someone around me sings that song, bad things happen. for example, during my second period at school, someone sang it. I then learned that we had a test in Econ and Anatomy that day :/
So I went ahead & watched a bunch of videos on that Arc Music Factory channel the other day, and now that I have, I can totally understand the appeal of rape without also having pleasurable sex in mind. Like, don't misunderstand me here. I still think it's wrong & completely immoral on every level, but yeah. I totally get it now. Totally.
So there was a talent show at my school recently. Heavy metal cover of this song was the closing act.
"Fun. Fun. Finger my butt." YouTube - Rebecca Black-Finger My Butt And there's so much wrong with Friday video. Like the middle aged rapper wanting to party with Rebecca Black. But what's really disturbing is all of these super young teens standing in the back of a moving car without a roof: YouTube - Rebecca Black - Friday (Alternate Ending) Also; YouTube - Rebecca gets hit by a bus!
when i first saw it, i raged. But then i found out... her parents arranged this the rapper in the video is the writer, producer, and part owner of the company that put this together she didn't write this she hasn't made a dime off it. I kinda can't hate her at all really. It's an awful song, but no better or worse than some of the other crap that's out now.
Parents, huh? Because they wanted to make it big on their daughter being famous? Or because their daughter has always wanted to be a singer, so they made her a song to sing? Either way. They failed. Big time.
I have only seen pictures making fun of her. But I don't understand them. I googled and found out that there is a youtube video or something like this of her. And that she is 13? I don't believe she's that young, looks more like 17 or 18. Anyway. I don't know what all those funpics are about.
I feel sorry for her, she made a bad song that she didn't even write and people blame her 100 percent.
