THis show's bumblebee is exactly the same as BumbleBay. He's the only one without a normal face, goes "weeweewooowawee", and is a muscle car. Animated Bee was nice, a new version of the guy, but couldn't they have been more creative with this one? I already know he's going to get more toys than everyone else on the show, even though he's never done anything and purely because he's a yellow car.

 

Same writers as film.

They probably want to try what they really wanted to do with Bumblebee in the movies.

 

While there is a lot about Bumblebee that makes him too much like movie Bumblebee at least he's not the killing machine that he is in the movies.

I think it's also some rule at Hasbro now that there has to be 50 Bumblebee toys in the Transformers line. He's the Snake Eyes, Wolverine, or Iron Man of the Transformers brand even though he's almost never the best character.

I'm wondering why he has freaky eyes. He seems to lack pupils.

I'll take Prime Bumblebee over movie Bumblebee. I know they look about the same, but maybe its the fact that the Prime version is more kid-like than the movie version - to me, anyway.

I got a kick out of watching him and Raf playing videogames together.

He really doesn't beep like R2 it's clearly a synthesizer, if you listen real close you can almost make out the words... it's not that hard at all, actually if you use an Ounce of common sense, its pretty daggon easy.

When will the fandom realize that TF cartoons are one, giant commercial? Enjoy them for what they are. Go watch something else if you're demanding the utmost quality in animation or characters.

Considering how annoying BB is in every other TF continuity, I'm rather happy with how he turned out.
