Armada Galvatron is pretty bad, I really can't stand his voice when he says the phrase " The power is mine"

Okay, here's one that has been bugging me recently (only because I have been re-organizing my Classics display): the Classics minicon Broadside. For those who don't bother to remember the names of minicons (I tend not to) he's the tank from the Decepticon Demolitions Team. Nice tank mode, and cute robot mode, but....

    He. Can. Not. Stand. Up.

He just can't. Ben's World of Transformers claims that one can position him just so, and get him to balance, but I sure haven't been able to do so. His "feet," which are tiny enough to begin with, also have little sculpted protrusions on their sole that keep them from being flat on the ground. Imagine trying to make, say, Cybertron Thunderblast stand up with M&M's taped to her feet. That's what it is like.

I like most of the other Classics minicons quite well, with their bizarre transformations. I just wish little Broadside could stand alongside then, rather than sitting on the ground.

    Okay, rant over..... :D

    Other contenders:

    Energon Rodimus
    Armada/Cybertron Blurr
    Armada Sideswipe (of course)
    Real Gear Power Up
Cybertron Ransack (sorry, I know a lot of people love him, but I just don't like this ugly mess of a toy)
Titanium GI Joe Megatron (of course)
    Titanium Soundwave (of course)
    Classics 2-pack Prime (of course)
    Full-size (not Bendy) Armada Prime

Lot's of star wars TFs, those tech gear things, Titanium Soundwave. There are a lot that I would deem bad- but what would be more interesting would be the most dissapointing. Take for instance, Classics Grimlock- I don't think he's a bad toy, but for a classics homage, he didn't fit the bill, IMO.

i have a deep dislike for armada thrust. and sideswipe. i am also unhappy at the lack of retooling on classics cliffjumper. a new head would have sufficed. movie megs of all shapes and sizes are a little underwhelming.

See, I'm the opposite: I think he's an excellent homage, but the inability of the shoulders to stay pegged in place makes him a bad toy. Similar thing with E-Slugslinger; toy looks great, but it's a poorly built POS. I judge engineering flaws very harshly when I'm forming an opinion on a figure.

And speaking of Grimlock, can't believe I forgot this one, but the Energon Swoop/Grimlock two-pack has to be one of the worst TF engineering disasters in recent memory.

EDIT - Concerning G1, most of them are good toys for the time. However, I'd consider the Jumpstarters, Battlechargers, Firecons, Sparkabots and Quickswitch to be bad figures.

We should take the nominations from this thread for a worst TF toy ever competition.

    G1 Powerdasher. Take your pick.

TFTM 07 Payload....falls apart, has a million miles of bar sticking out of his ass for a stupid needless gimmick. Only movie figure I was disappointed with.
