I love that he's still on fire. Pretty cool alternate take on the character.

Damn, that was good. I'd be happy with a remake if it turned out like that.

HELLO the guys entire body was on fire when he died

the guy went to hell for his sins as a filthy child molester murderer so when you really think about it it would only make sense for him to come back back from the dead as a undead hellish ghost slash dreamstalker

that whole scene where it shows him as being in a constant state of extremely torturous burning to death

to me it makes it rather clear that though he has escaped from hell he himself still suffers its constant affect on his person while in the dream world of his living victims as a undead dreamstalker or in the real world as a ghost

That actually looks pretty good, for a fan-made trailer. I really hope that they can make Freddy scary in the remake. He was only scary to me as a child, and every time I watch any of the movies he's been in, I really can't take him seriously, and just laugh (he's wearing a Christmas sweater). I like how they had him on fire. I think it's something that should actually be in a NoES movie. Would add a new weapon for him to use.

Wow. All I can say is wow. Pretty ingeniously disturbing that he's still on fire like that. Last I heard, the guy who played Rorshach in Watchmen was interested in the role of Freddy. He'd be great if he's the guy they use.

They need to go back to the original sweater, though. Freddy in Nightmare one was scary period. Because he wasn't symetrical, nothing fit together. He became too polished as the series went on.

    Awesome!

That was HOT! (No pun intended)

Freddy deserves to be scary again. The only movies after part 1 that i think tried with varied results were New Nightmare (my favorite after part 1) and FvJ
