Ohh thats snazy... My Knight morphers need a baddy to play with...even if the bot mode is crap the boat is kick ass!
I love the detail and the glossy look on the hull. Holy crap does this look good. I really have my hopes set high for Shockwave. From the looks of this I won't be disappointed. I'm really rooting for these guys to hit another homerun like they did with KMA.
Very nice renders indeed. This looks to be a very promising figure. I'm off to order KMA. Now bring on the Insecticons and throw us a Bumblebee while you are at it...and Starsceam and Thundercracker and Skywarp and Megatron and.... Thanx Transbot90210 *edit* Knight Morpher has been ordered. You can get one for $69.99 at BBTS. Cheapest price I ever saw on this guy. I hope that the rest of the MMC toys turn out to be a little less expensive. The reason I never got KMA in the first place was that $89.99 price tag. *edit 2* Just took another look at the renders. Do you all think they will be adding the chain? I think that conenction wire/tube/chain is a major part to Shockwave's look.
thats what im talking about. I love the way the boat looks, bot mode should be looking just as good when is this supposed to come out again??
Knight Morpher was cheaper before. I ordered from BBTS during their 4th of July sale last year for Knight Morpher. He was 56 bucks.
Oh well, 69 is still way better than 89. And if they release an awesome Shockwave and follow it with an impressive Insecticons (as hinted a while back) You know Knight Morpher will raise in price on the secondary market. I will be happy knowing I got it for a Lower price seeing as I didn't get it at the lowest price lol.
Ah, what I am saying is that, those Knight Morpher's been there a while and it might have been a better idea to wait for those "10-15% off" sales, but well, you got it already, do enjoy the toy. THe only thing I would say that's a flaw is how TIGHT those joints are.
Thanks for the advice and I may have been a little snippy on my reply. I ordered it now because the price is $20 lower on BBTS and have been around for al ong while now so I would assume quantities are limited. With this Shockwave coming out I think interest in KM will increase and I don;t like secondary market prices. I will consider the 10% - 15% I missed out on the cost for a piece of mind. So KM has TIGHT joints? I recall the Prime version having some issues that were fixed in the Nemisis version but I thought it was an issue of loose joints. All in all if I can get him in mint condition and transform him into bot mode without flimsy joints I will be more than happy.
The annhilator have VERY good joints and fixed all the issues that the original Knight morpher have. I have both of them, and I can attest to that. Its REALLY scary to move some of the joints on KM. And the arms are increibily difficult to transform due to very tight joints. I tried to unscrew the screws a bit to make it looser, but I think its held in by something else. Anyways, if its any testiment, I did almost broken my thumb trying to get my from train to bot. (I will most likely never turn him into train again for that reason). Its really tight, and normally, tight joints are a good thing. I do love the bot mode and the alt mode. I am just very torn to be able to transform it again =/ Back on topic,I am really hoping the size of Shockwave be what I imagine it to be: No smaller than an ultra.
