    Tough call, but I'm gonna go with Onslaught, due to him being described as a "strategical genius" so often.

    Well the Predacons are a more cohesive , the Combaticons on the other hand has Swindle.

    i'm gonna go with razorclaw cause he's my favourite tf ^_^ but i think onslaught would be a more versatile commander probably been able to easily take up command of units outside of his group, where as razorclaw only seems intrested in leading his predacons (and does an awesome job of it)... well thats how i see it anyways heh.
