"Dare I say ... 'en fuego.'"
I like that it works from 500 yds away - good thing, considering the size of it.
Thats actually really cool.
its all fun n games until somebody catches fire for real.
teh broad energy transmitter!
Now if only they could make a ray gun that the one in Orgasmo.
For your viewing pleasure. Not quite a ray gun but it's the same idea
i just noticed, 'moody air force bay', lol
Wow. I must be tired. I read the title and thought it had something do with toy ray guns and Target stores. lol
My 7th grade science teacher told me how they used to "radar" cows when he was in the military...apparently it would heat them up and cause "discomfort"
popcorn cow, anyone?
KA, Dark_Convoy, I was scrolling down through this thread and your sig pics made me scroll up and down four or five times... then I had to re-read the opening again to remember what I was replying to... damn hotnesses...
Anyway, I don't consider it a ray gun unless it really does set its target on fire... or burns a clean hole through them... or is mounted on an X-Wing starfighter...
I remember reading about a gun a few years ago that used ULF to make a person "loose control", if you now what I mean. I don't know if it would actually stop the crooks, but I'd love to see the looks on their faces.
you mean making them shit themselves?
was it a sonic weapon or something? If so, it might have been a hoax as I don't think the "brown note" (a sonic tone so low it is said to make a person shit themselves) has ever been proven to exist
Yeah, they did that on Mythbusters and couldn't find the elusive brown noise.
Standing in front of a Radar dish will microwave you slowly...
Makes me wonder what the energy output must be on this thing, must be HUGE.
Is it worth it? Why not just continue to bomb the shit out of the bad guys (and hell, even some of the good guys too by 'accident') like they're doing already?
mythbusters also did that, they hung a whole raw chicken in front of a radar dish.
Taken from Qwantz.
Whether its possible or not wouldn't stop the Pentagon from trying to develop one.
