My wife had a rat for many years, named Dinner. Apparently, Dinner and her giant mutt-dawg-of-all-kinds, Brodie, had an interesting relationship - Dinner would hold onto the top of Brodie's back and ride around on him for hours, like a kid riding a Colossus.

When I moved into one of me new houses at Uni, my mate Bigface, who was living right at the top of house noticed a horrific smell after being there only a couple of days.

We told the landlord, and his brother/cousin/random family member had a look in the underdrawing and pulled out a dead rat that must have been about a foot and a half long.

Those were the days.

yes it does i know from experience we had them outside for excersise and one of them sue crawled up my pants...no good

 

I had two pet rats several years ago. They got really sick and I had to put them out of their misery.  

 

oh thats sad yeah we one named jane she had a non cancerus tumor but it got so big she couldnt walk so we had to put her down sad

 

I had gerbils and a hamster for years. I was about to get a hairless rat when I was 16 but thought twice about it. I didn't want my mother having to take care of a rat when I went to college. But I heard there was a girl living in my dorm that had a pet rat hidden in her room. I imagined that thing getting out of its cage and wandering from room to room since we had large gaps under our doors.

 

Siamese rats are like siameze cats. jazz4ever's rat kate likes me more than others (exept his dad) for some reason.
