    Wheeljack
    Silverstreak
    Decepticharge

I have never personally seen these around, lots of times on the boards but the price is a nice indicator of their rarity loose.

Dead End was the hardest of those for me to find. So hard that I settled for the BT version only to find Alt DE in TRU a week later.

    Prowl
    Wheeljack
    Shockblast
    Decepticharge
    Mirage

I've tried for a while to find a loose wheeljack for a custom Soundwave, I may end up getting the KO, rather than spend $80+ for a real one.

I still need a Shockblast, Wheeljack and Prowl. I remember the one and only time I saw Prowl, it was at TRU but I forgot my wallet at home, so when I went back, he was gone (and yes I did hide him, but someone sniffed it out within 30 minutes). I also remember the one and only time I saw Wheeljack at a specialty shop, he was $39.99, but I figured I would find one somewhere for the $29.99 retail, I was soooooo wrong.

Of all of those, I would say Decepticharge, Wheeljack, and Shockblast. They never even made it to retail here.

Decepticharge and Meister seem like the rarest of that list

I'd have to say DC out of all the ones on your list...although, none of them were really "rare" but Swerve, and in my case I saw them on a regular basis...but no one was interested in him until he disappeared...

The only reason why any of them are "rare" now is because the line is done, and those that have them are holding on to what they have, or pimping them on eBay, and those that missed out, are like "OMG I must complete my collection"...helping to drive up prices...

Ahhh...the laws of supply and demand....

    Swerve
    Rodimus

The only two I don't have. Could've gotten a Rodimus, but opted to save my money instead.

Weird - Deadend, Shockblast and Silverstreak were, up until very recently, unbelievably commonplace here in the UK. Never thought of them as 'rare'.
