So I saw my so called youtube video. Its sad really. Wouldn't it of been easier to just post a reveiw or how I mispelled stuff on one of my fanfics instead of posting my page? Don't mean to rant but just needed to express my thoughts.

Could you be more clear? I'm not really seeing what the problem is.

    EDIT: Oh, I see.

Sweetheart, you can't let that bother you. There are very few people online who are genuine and kind regardless of whether or not there will be rewards or recognition for behaving thusly. It's the same way on real life. Luckily for us, anonymity isn't an option outside mommy's basement. Just close the page and breathe. People are cruel on the internet, and you just gotta learn to let it go.

Honestly, I see only two ways to post videos on youtube.

    1) Post content with the understanding that people are gonna insult you relentlessly & ignore it because this is one of the many times when not giving a fuck is the strongest stance possible.

    2) Post content without the understanding that people are gonna insult you & let it affect you.

    are you new to youtube?

People comment on every little thing and inflammatory remarks are to be expected, no matter how innocent a video can be.

This is the reason why I don't upload my mixes with video onto youtube. People just would diss me. "Oh look, it's a stupid kid who DJs" Blah blah blah. I just upload audio onto the internet so people won't know how old I am. I guess this because it's the internet.

This is why disabling comments is a good idea.

I actually made a thread here a few years back about how bad YouTube's community is. Looking back, it's actually gotten worse. You just need to realize that this is the internet, where anonymity = pure, heartless
    cunt
. If you're looking for kinder folks to visit with, this place here is an option of course. Or there's Reddit. I understand it gets a bad rap around a few places on the internet but by paging through comment pages in several different subreddits, you'd be surprised at the hospitality.
