Yes, I know there's already a movie-verse Ransack out there. But, well, I think it sucks (personally).

Initial credit for this guy goes to Rumble02 for the idea, but as soon as I found out the original G2 Ransack was one of my favourite aircraft, well, I just couldn't say no!

So, here he is - I'm still waiting on lots of parts for my Seeker project, so this guy filled the evenings in between! He's in scale with Powerglide at 1/48 scale - a bit like Shrapnel, I kept the rotor assembly intact in Transformation, so he can basically use it as a weapon (I got it to spin in some pics!).

I'm planning on placing him on a little diorama of sorts, probably destroying another aircraft.

    More pics to follow too,

    Enjoy!

Oh, and in Europe he was called Blitz, apparently.

    Does it still transform?

You should use some epoxy putty on those bionicle pieces, and make it look less legoy, and more Transformer like. IMO

Nice work dude. I'd buy it if it was in stores. ok i'd buy like 20 :lol

    Neat.
I too ask if it still transforms.

Can you elaborate? What are you suggesting- just adding material to pieces to build them up?

This is one of my favorite Prop-Planes EVER. Nice blue coat of paint...mmmmmm. Great use of the model kit.

Non-Transforming aside, this is still one nicely conceived design.

...your Powerglide worked out extremely well too...

Nope, no Transformation this time either :(

Think of him like a Warhammer model, more like a sculpture than a toy! For static display purposes :)

    The rotor spins tho!

    Really, oh. Never mind!

I like Blitz, however he's not from the European arena of WW2, so maybe not so apt. Maybe if I'd made him as a Messerschmitt or something!

    Hey guys,

Ransack now has a video, with a little something extra in at the end!

    Question:

Would anybody be interested in Ransack if I were to stick him on ebay? He's going to have a really nice wooden base to support the little diorama I made for him...

Umm, he doesn't transform, but he does come on a diorama/display stand!
