Or as many as you can and say a little something on why what fits where:

1. Beast Wars - It elevated the TF G1 show of my childhood to legendary status. LOVED how they referred to it as The Great War and gave everything about G1 almost biblical standing along with making sense of what I thought was the worst concept of Transformers. Haven't seen anything to meet its match.

2. Transformers G1 - It's what I was raised on and started it all. Although I'm pretty sure I enjoyed the Post Movie seasons more the Pre-Movie.

3. Tranformers Galaxy Force - Still watching in and it hold, what I feel, is the greated incarnation of Starscream of all time. The Great Betrayer.... but instead of being a knifing coward, he's a deceitful *badass.*

4. Transformers Armada/Super Link - Started off what of the most abhorrent incarnations of Transformers I have ever seen, but the finale of Amrada, I have to hand it to 'em... that was pretty incredible. Super Link... only saw the start of it, but I really did like Kicker and felt he was THE most useful human the Transformer series has ever seen.

5. Transformers Animated - Ehhhh..... I'm still getting used to it and am only 5 episodes in. Kinda disappointed so far at it being about crime fighting Transformers instead of Autobots taking on the evil forces of the Decepticons.

And alas.... I haven't seen much more that the above. Definitely looking forward to seeing where the shows rank to those more knowledgable and for those that have seen more.

 

1. RID- It has to be first for me because it's the series that got me started on TFs, and they had the first Nemesis Prime!
2. Beast Wars-haven't seen alot of it. What I have seen, however, was awesome. Dinobot and Rhinox are probably my 2 favorite from the series
3. Animated-Probably seen as much of Animated as I have Beast Wars. It gives some nice callbacks to G1, but it has it's own story too. Kinda.
4. A/E/C-Hey, at least it's not.....
5.Beast Machines-Robo hippies to the rescue! I knew about Transformers back when this was on. It was a very weird show to me, and it wasn't until RID that I actually got interested in the franchise.


I know I left out the Movie, G1, and G2. I'm just to lazy to go back and fix it.  

 

1. G1 For all it's faults, it's inspired fans more than almost any other toon
2. Beastwars By far the best written
3. Animated Close to g1 in many ways...probably why I've rated it so highly
4. Masterforce I think it's paced well, and the most clear of the Japanese tfs
5. Armada In the second half, it got quite good, especially regarding starscream
6 Beast Machines. If it didn't make ridiculous changes to characters, it would rate higher
7 Cybertron The pacing destroys this series
8 Headmaster Just rather boring, but at least it milks g1 in some tiny way
9 RID Also rather boring, and silly. No likable characters (for me)
10 Victory Don't flame me...I just don't get what there is to like
11 Energon It just doesn't make sense, and prime is a voltron

I wish I could comment on BW2 or BWNeo   Anyone know of a good subtitled torrent of the whole series?

I never could get into any other series besides Beast Wars. A/E/C was all garbage imo. Armada being the best out of all three, and that ain't saying much. Alternators, Masterpiece, and Classics are the lines that got me back into collecting.

I'm a sucker for almost anything TF related. Even the cartoons I think are awful I'll still watch, just not often.

 

Tickle me surprised at how high TFA is ranking. I've only seen the first five, but so far it seems sooooooooo kiddie. And pretty distant from what I usually enjoy in a Transformer series.

 

Anyone who puts any of the Unicron trilogy ahead of G1 or even beast machines loses all credibility with me

psh, first 5 eps are nothing. Just wait, lol. They're all great episodes, some are definitely a little kiddy but still fun and watchable, (like the Headmaster or S.U.V. episodes) however stuff like the season finales are awesome. This is definitely an awesome Megatron too.

Wait till you get to the last episode of season 2.
