Now meat hath lost its flavor,
    Now neon fades to grey,
    For Hogan's macho savior,
    Has gone from us today.

    Lament our fallen hero,
    His deeds remembered still,
    His arms no longer wrestle,
In our hearts, he always will.

RIP Macho Man. I grew up watching him and Hogan and the rest of WWF.

He and Ricky Steamboat helped revolutionize modern pro-wrestling. Both showed fast pace matches and athleticism that was groundbreaking. Before Wrestlemania III, matches where usually long matches that involved a hold after hold for an extended period of time.

What!!! I can't believe it. I was just wondering about him recently in the wrestling thread. That sucks. He was one of my favorites.

As one of my friends put it, He's now a member of HCW, Heaven Championship Wrestling.

Another one of the greats now gone, he will be missed.

That match was epic. I remembered I got into wrestling around Wrestlemania II, but that Steamboat vs Savage match made me a true fan back in the 80s.

I have no idea what to say, poor Macho Man. I loved him growing up. Thank you for all or your entertainment over the years Randy. RIP. I pray for your family and friends during this extremely difficult time.

My mom and brother in law just got home and they both had Slim Jim's, as well as one for me, we payed our respects to him with snapping into a Slim Jim.

And yes, I know that I commented already in this thread but I'm still in shock over all of this.
