Alright since all the talk of R6:V2 was derailing the Cod4 thread here is a new R6:v2 thread. Who's looking forward to it, who whats it, ect. I know I can't wait for it!

story was great in the first one, graphics were great, and i love the cover system. cant wait to play the next

I'll be getting it day one.

Though I am tempted by the shiny tin version.

 

I'll most likley be picking it up but it might take me a while. Some other big games I have preordered are taking a higher monetary priority and my level of income has dropped to less than half recently.

I loved the first one's single player and Co Op. I liked MP but failed miserably at it.

 

I what it. I what it bad.

 

I want to finish what happens in Vegas! Some one out there wants to take out team Rainbow, whoever he is must be stopped! As Logan said, its not over by a long shot, but now we get take down the real bad guy!

 

Im still engaged in the first one which is turning out to be pretty good.

 

I am getting it and will be there on day 1!! Fucking psyched. The first Vegas was awesome if it weren't for that bullet lag!! I really hope they fix that. And the spawns. I also can't wait to use some of the new guns like the M468!!! Oh and I will be playing alot the first week because that is when we have Spring Break so I am up for some Team Sharpshooter and Attack and Defend.

 

I think I'm gonna go rent the first one this weekend just to make sure I like it.

 

Cool, with any luck some of us will be on it too so you can get to try the MP aspect of it with fellow TFWers. Just remember that V2 will look better and play better.

 

Got back on R6:V and actually did pretty well. Finally discovered that as long as you stick to the rank games, the team stacking, glitching and camping are kept to a minimium.

 

I hope so, the graphics's on the first one were terrible.

Another note. Remeber, if you are a Elite or have finished Story Mode on realistic in Vegas 1, you instantly gain the first rank and extra equipment from the start.

Also IGN has posted some new videos that make me drool.

 

Any word on a demo for this?

 

I wouldn't be suprised. I think there were 2 demos last time for the first one. A single and a multiplayer one.

well...to be fair the graphics in multiplayer left a little bit to be desired but by no means am i saying they're bad.[and its to be expected anyway] they're not as good as the single player [but still...it IS one gorgeous lookin game]

 

That's because the MP part was done in Shanghai... I don't expect graphical drops, but it's the standard Ubisoft way. Either way the Single Player stuff looks great  

 

I played Vegas for a couple of days and it made my senses bleed in both multi and single player. I dont know there was just something about shooting at blurs that may or not be targets that was kinda a turn off. Like I said the first one looked interesting which is why I want to give it another go with 2, but the first one was just to disorienting visually to make it enjoyable.
