LMFAO. Yuyu is cracking me the fuck up.

But, seriously, didn't someone post that boiling it will soften it enough to press straight?

I'd worry about boiling off the paint of the head and the rubber piece is pinned in. Removing it could cause a decent amount of damage, too.

I was thinking that also. What I may try is putting a small paper clip on it and sticking it in the freezer.

mine was really bad as well, I held it under hot water from a sink and flattened it with my fingers for a little while. Worked pretty well.

just curl it in the opposite direction. no real hot water trick is needed, just make sure you curl it at the base of where it has started to curl over and it should work. curl it all the way over not just a tiny bit

That was me. Not boiling the water but getting it close to that point. Dip the head crest in (If you can remove it from the head by unscrewing the head that's even better.) for a minute then pull it out. Try to re-shape it to how it is supposed to look, then stick it in the freezer.

I do the same thing when I build vinyl model kits. Works pretty well. Using a heater also works too but I find that the water method works faster.

What I did to fix mine (granted mine wasn't too bad, but it was noticeable) was I used a hair dryer on the crest for, like, 5 seconds then I straightened the crest and held it in place for a few seconds until it cooled. Worked like a charm.

Of course, I had already used a Sharpie on it, so that might've helped keep the crest straight since then.

Mine wasn't bent but I did take the head apart just remove the little screw then the head splits in 2 halves and the crest can be removed completely mine came right out for dying hope this helps. :)

    Mine came out strikingly awesome!!!

Hold it under hot water from the tap for about 30 seconds. Bend it straight and hold it under cold running water.
You might have to repeat it once or twice but then it should stay nice and straight.

I've used this method countless times for warped (soft) plastic and it always does wonders for me.

I tried this and as soon as he was in jet mode for any length of time it was back to the gelled look.

I tried heat gun, hairdryer, boiling water (which didn't affect the paint btw) and none had any lasting result.
