So, I ordered the Delicate Warrior and Kup heads next week, but they're still in the warehouse listed as waiting for shipment. Is it a situation where they jsut take forever to ship, or what? Also, how long does it take to come from over there? a few weeks? Do they provide tracking info? Yadda yadda blah. This is my first order from them so I'm just looking for the skinny
Took my delicate warrior about two weeks to get here after the shipping notice. Not too bad for international shipping. Just be ready for some frustration with the singapore post website, it doesn't update hardly at all, and then BAM, your item is in the USPS system being routed correctly
Worth every penny IMO. It seems pricey, but to get a representation that is accurate in transformation, appearance and size compared to the rest of the CHUG line....really impressive. Definitely the best Arcee out there for CHUG collectors, and I hope they follow through and do the rest of the Female Autobots. It'll be a pretty cool group if they do
This is why I'm always leery about ordering from out of the country. Things take forever and the shipping updates are a bit cryptic and sparse. While it cost more, I pre-ordered my Delicate Warrior through BBTS. But, at least I know it will be in-stock when I pay and that it will only take a few days to get to me. But, having said all that, I can put in a good word for Gear4Toys. I ordered the Ratchet and Ironhide sets from them that it only took 10 days to reach me from the date I ordered them!
Have you tried putting the tracking number into USPS? bc once it's outta' the country, the tracking changes to local dude. And I got the shipping email from them today. So, here's hoping it's soon.
Yeah I tried USPS, that's where I got the info from. I remember with my MP Prime head it took close to a month to get to me but that was only $18 worth of stuff. This one has me a little bit more concerned.
I wouldn't worry too much. Shipping from Asia with airmail always takes 2-4 weeks, and a tracking number isn't always a given. I know anecdote /= evidence, but for what it's worth, I've been importing dozens of things from various counties in Asia for about 6 years now, and I've yet to have an order lost or confiscated.
I wouldn't worry mine took at least a month to get to me. Sometimes customs can really hold things up.
