I've bought the set on impulse (couldn't resist the awesome G2 head sculps), and I know they are identical to Boss and Snare, but what size are they?
Are they smaller than scout/basic figures? If anyone has a shelf pic of them with some recent releases, please show me :)

    Thank you in advance.

They're a pretty decent size, actually. A little bigger than the largest Scouts like Energon Strongarm, though they're small for Deluxes. Probably the best comparison would be Classics Bumblebee size.

I'll pull mine out for some pics later.

    Thanks anyway.
I always, always appreciate the first reply in the thread I start :D

Thank you Sol, I am glad to hear that they aren't so small. I should have checked before I committed to buy the set, but I really liked their look. Then I remembered how I was taken aback when I first had RM repaints of Cyberjets. I'm not the one with buyer's remorse, but I thought I might prepare myself :)
I won't see them until April though since they are going to a pile.

Unfortunately tfwiki is completely hosed at the moment. I hope they can get it going again.

You won't be disappointed. I love 'em myself because they aren't too small and not too big. Plus the presentation of the Japanese packaging is just awesome.

Fantastic, thank you! Wow, they are good size, and the colours look gorgeous. That photo and the comment from flywheels has made the wait even longer...2 weeks is a long time when you are waiting for something this good.

Cool, SydneyY! Hope you enjoy these guys. I've got Boss, and I think he's awesome! Of course, it's hard not to love a transforming Batmobile.

Unfortunately, I own none of the other Turbomasters, and none of the Predators. I've got to get to work on that....

Thank you Jarodimus :D  I am looking forward to check out his Bat Mobile-ness in person. I must admit he's my favourite of the two.
It's a shame that I won't get to try the megavisor (?) gimmick as Flare Jet will probably be the only Predator I own.

Now we both sit tight and try not to fidget. After all, we are mature people with patience :)

Well, I just learned 2 new things:

    1. I knew about the "targeting scope" gimmick from the Predators, but I didn't know it was called the "Megavisor".

    2. In the process of reading about #1 on the TF Wiki, I learned about the planned-but-never-made Turbomaster Hyperdrive. [IMG]

Watch out for GPS on Skyquake - he's very sturdy but there's a lot of bronzed plastic on him that can crumble. Especially on the scope where the smaller jets are meant to go.

The Megavisor / Supersight gimmick is cool, though our galleries of these guys have images of the four smaller Predator's Megavisors. The big guys were a lot harder to do and the pictures never came out for the visors.

Turbomasters are awsome as this is a nice set! The Pred guns seem to crumble as they also have gps issues so be aware. Hyperdrive looks a lot like thunderclash in truck mode but has a PM OP feel in robot mode. too bad we never got that sucker :-(

:duel  Pardon me, I forgot to put my maturity on....:lol
My pile won't ship until Henkei Hotshot is released. Argh.

Very nice. I really like the overall look of those Predators and Turbomasters. Maybe one day, I hunt down the others....

Sol, I smacked myself for not checking the site gallery first. Great photos! I really can't wait.

Backstop, thank you for the tip. I hope the one I'm getting won't crumble on me :(

Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't sure if that bronze plastic suffered from GPS or not. Once I get him into jet mode he'll be staying that way for the foreseeable future. I'm in the middle of resetting my collection room @ home so he'll fit in nicely w/ the rest of the Turbomasters/Obliterators/Trakkons & Lightformers I have.
