So while trying to find a way to remove optimus' arm wheels, I accidently popped off one of the are grill things, and as I looked at it, I realized it looked awesome its also more accurate to cgi AND his arms are less annoying to deal with while posing (or playing).

All you have to do is get the solar panels out of the way (slide them away). USING your fingers ( I dont want you to break your optimus so do this gently and slowly) pull of or try to pop off the panels that make the grill of the truck (the front part) and BAM ready.

True it DOES leave some ugly holes BUT the solar panels cover those so

And the best part is that when prime needs to roll out, you can pop them on again (for all of you kids and stop motion directors)

Tell me what you think guys, I WOULD LOVE feedback

using the word "kids" to refer to transformation does seem kinda rude

I saw this too. You can also clip those panels into the slots where the fuel tank ball joints go, on the back kibble. It's a perfect fit and, while not necessarily screen-accurate, it lets you keep them on the toy so they don't get lost. FWIW.
