like a few people I was a little unhappy with how motormaster worked out in for the animated set so I've done a quick digi of what I think might have been the smarter idea.

really the idea for using Wreckgar is that the heads are a similar shape and the truck mode lends itself better to MM's classic colours with the trailer

This is what Botcon should have done, sans the head. Wreck-Gars toy already had a sufficient box head they could have used.

This is totally groovy. I'm definitely going to make a "Wreck-Gar" Motormaster now.

flows much better. the box head looks natural on wreck gar's body, while the box head on prime's body disrupts the flow to a certain degree. Prime has such an iconic body shape that it's hard to see any other head on him, really. Don't get me wrong, i love the Botcon set, including Motormaster! However, this may look better.

If you decide to do this, keep it under the radar. I know someone who casts parts, and when he was casting the Shattered Glass Jazz head he got a cease & desist from the BotCon guys. They spend a premium to get those heads made, and they don't take too kindly to outsiders copying their work.

The digibash itself is awesome; Wreck-Gar would've been the better selection for Motormaster. Oh well - I'm not bothering with this set at all. They had me at Stunticons, but lost me with Animated...

I'd love to see a Generations Stunticons set, though. We know Hasbro has all of their names back - so maybe it'll happen?

There are parts of it that are ok, but that head on that neck just does not work at all.

Thanks for your concern but i dont have plans on selling the casted head or the custom. It would be for my own use so FunPub would not be able to do anything legally. ;)
