    Is it possible to rebuild Optimus from truck back into robot, while still keeping the trailer in-tact and together?

    Having dug up my instructions it looks like it's only the cab parts that are needed to build Prime in robot mode, unless you made a mistake early on with part colors then you'l need to tear down the trailer to correct it.
