Here's the situation. I ordered a set of WST Dinobots last week, but when I received my order yesterday, they sent me encore Omega Supreme. My questions are - are they pretty good about exchanging due to shipping errors? Do they handle exchanges in a timely matter? The reason I'm asking here is because, in my experience so far, they don't really tend to answer emails too quickly, and time is a factor for the Dinobots I ordered. They are intended to be a gift.
I had a shipping problem with one of my orders (they forgot to include something) and they shipped out the missing item very quickly to me. I find them to be very good overall.
They handle returns excellently. I ordered a Henkei Starscream from them and when it arrived, I discovered it had a factory assembly error: two left thighs, which resulted in one knee bending the wrong way. They took it back and exchanged it with no difficulty whatsoever.
You're not going to find anyone more receptive for customer service than Curt. I think he has a lot on his plate right now. Contact him and I'm sure he will rectify the situation.
Curt is out of town untill 30/8 and emails can take a bit longer to response ( read front page on Tfsource)
Ok, Curt got back to me this morning. I can either send the Omega Supreme back for an even exchange for my original Dinobot order, or keep it at a reduced price and once I pay he'll ship out the Dinobots. That's pretty cool. While I already have a perfect original Omega Supreme, I don't let my son play with it. This would make an awesome Christmas present. I think I'm going to keep him and just pay the extra amount.
tf source pack their figures very well, each box is in plastic wrap and then put in a custom cut card sandwich whcih can be kept to store the box in!
Yeah, I was amazed at the packaging. Bubble wrap, cardboard protector, sytrofoam inserts at each end, packaging peanuts, etc. When I was opening it it, I was like "this can't possibly all be for five little dinobots".
