    Hello,

I am a first time customizer, and I have a quick question about minor repaints.

If I want to add minor paint aps via brush, do I use Acrylic model paint to do it? Or is there something different?
And if there is something different, where would I be able to purchase it?

    Thanks

I'm not an expert, but I imagine the acrylic model paints would be fine. Just paint some scrap plastic with the paint first so you can see how it goes on and dries.

Another option are enamel model paints which are oil based and take much longer to dry.

There is a tutorials section here in the Radicons, I'm pretty new to doing customs and I've found it helpful for information.

Best of luck giving bashing a go.

I tried some Testors ( most easily available brand ) in both acrylic and enamel. They say the enamel is sturdier once it dries, but I had a hard time applying it smoothly. The acrylic was so much easier to put on, dried faster, and stayed on pretty good after I let it cure for a week. I rubbed parts together pretty hard, and the stuff stayed on.
