Hey guys, I didnt see a thread on this and I was curious of other's thoughts and opinions.

I believe I saw pics (either here or on Deviantart) of Classics Jetfire in a third mode reminiscent of the Valkyrie's walking jet mode. I attempted this with mine by moving the shoulder joints forward and then moving the hips fully forward, rotating the legs below the knee and moving the legs down. I'm pretty pleased with the result (the plate that hangs off the back is a little flimsy, but cest la vie)

Has anyone else here attempted this? Was this something that was intended for the figure? If my explanation is confusing, let me know and I'll post a pic-by-pic of what I did.

pretty sure that was intended at design stage, since the classics jetfire pays homage to the g1 skyfire, down to the gerwalk mode.

It's not just Jetfire. Lots of modern Transformers jets have been given intentional gerwalk modes.

I don't think gerwalk modes are really intentional.

Hasbro has said they intentionally give jetformers goofy gerwalk modes? I must have missed that quote.

Not Hasbro. It was in one of those Takara interviews, I believe.

Skystalker's gerwalk mode was intentional, I believe.

I believe all Gerhead modes were intentional as well.
