Not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but my girlfriend has this old Star Blazers VHS and is wondering if it's worth anything.

Maybe to a hardcore Starblazers collector.

The pricing of Starblazers DVDs is rediculous. I'd think twice about paying $80 a series for actual Yamato, let alone a bullshit edited dub that doesen't even have a good reason to exist anymore.

Amazon is not a good source for price checks. :)

Now this video will be worth tons of money in a near future.

On a related note, I have an un-watched VHS of Tron. How much would that be worth in future? Probably not much, but I'd like an estimate anyway.

I know i should just transfer the HTF films in my vhs collection to my computer, but i still have my modest movie rack standing.

I think it's like having a slice of a video store in my room or something.

I have the first 7 volumes of Star Blazers on VHS. I started to buy them one at the time at a video store called "Saturday Matinee" at the mall. I used to buy my Dark Shadows videos there back in the 90's.

They closed down before I can order anymore of Star Blazers. I checked with Blockbuster video and they had the SB volumes in their systems. But they told me just because SB is in their systems, it doesn't mean it is available for them to order.

So I never order anymore of Star Blazers.
