I made my first order with HasbroToyShop.com a few days ago. I chose the standard shipping. (7-10 days) My question is what shipping carrier do they use? The website isn't really clear on who the carrier is. Is it UPS, Fed Express, or DHL? I'm assuming it's one of these since the website doesn't deliver to P O boxes.

 

Actually, I think it's USPS. The fact that all the packages I've gotten from them wind up in the apt. office would seem to imply that it's not UPS or FedEx as they usually come to the door first.

 

I got some Joes from them and it was USPS

 

Looks like USPS Parcel Select, judging by the label on the package I received from them yesterday.

I spoke with a HTS employee about this a while back. I'd ordered many Astrotrains from the online store during their pre-Christmas deal (one for me, the rest for some Canadians here), but my order was deemed undeliverable and cancelled. See, my mailing address is a PO Box (dun-dun-dun!) and since I selected standard shipping, USPS couldn't ship to my physical address because all that mail just got forwarded to the box.

However, the representative I spoke with on the phone told me that had I placed the order with a faster shipping method, it would have been sent via UPS and could have been sent to my physical address without problem. However, that would have voided out the free shipping and the offer had already expired by the time I learned this.

So, standard = USPS, express = UPS.

 

Well that sucks. They had better not leave my package at my door while I'm away--it'll get stolen quicker than you can blink.  

 

Ordered from them many times and never had a problem. Most of it arrived suprisingly fast.Your item will probably be packed with just one of those air packs for safety. They're stingy with those.

 

There seems to be some variation in that, because I got about nine air packs with my order.

 

I just recieved an order from them, they mailed it out Monday and it came the following Saturday with cheapest shipping. Not bad!

 

Okay my package said it shipped on the 2/15, and it's been over 10 business days and no order has showed up for me. Should I start worrying or is it typical for orders from Hasbrotoyshop to take a little longer than the 10 days?  

 

If you went the standard (i.e...cheap) shipping route, I wouldn't worry just yet. I've ordered stuff from HTS, won something on Ebay a couple of days later, paid for it two more days later and had it show up before the damn HTS order. I think they ship it by mule.

 

Well today the package FINALLY came. Better late than never, eh? CD Scattershot, GI JOE Comic pack Zartan, Cobra Commander, Zarana, DTC Medi-Viper, Range-Viper.
