Ok well here is what I would like to know. How come Autobots like Sideswipe and Arcee have wheels instead of feet? By this I also mean like how can they balance themselves? Same with bonecrusher and Wheelie. Why have wheels for feet and how could you balance yourself?

By locking their wheels in place, basically the "brakes" of the bot mode.

Guess it just depends on how they transform. Plus if their bodies were naturally like that they would probably learn how to balance themselves. Besides Bonecrusher had weird spike-toe things he might have been able to stand on, and Sideswipe has spurs, toy-wise anyway.

well, they are robots, with incredibly complex cybernetic brains (I mean, frenzy hacked in minutes what an earth computer would take 20 years) so I guess they would be able to process the infinitely precise and minute adjustments to their poses to maintain the required balance. Kinda like an incredibly advanced monocyclist.

And again, if you want to look at it in a physics way, we do have segways, which do pretty much the same

Same principle as rollerblades, I am able to do crazy things on those, just like Sideswipe does in the movies. I can walk, do quick turn arounds, and "walk" in them. So, to say a combo of that and a braking mechanism. I'd say it is easy to understand.

As I said, a segway. You can rent those near my place for 5 bucks an hour.

And the incredibly oversized and bold font doesn't make you righter, it makes you rude.

It's an option which I use it as I see fit, in this case for the sake of presentation.

I hope I don't need to explain what telling other people how they can or can't post makes you.

    Thanks for your concern though.

please, stop using your condencending tone with me. I gave my opinion, which is an option I use as I see fit.
I only noted this because, not only is it rude to use caps on the internet-it's considered shouting- you gave an answer to the OP and decided that, since you've provided the answer (which I allready had mentioned twice) the thread was invalid. If I can't, in your words, tell people how to post, who, pray tell, are you to declare a thread invalid? hypocrisy, much?

It's an internet meme I was clearly using playfully...as opposed to actually insulting anyone or dictating the style of someone's post or being "rude." And, again, the caps/bold/size thing was a stylistic choice of presentation, not "shouting."

Welcome to the internet. Come on in, the water's fine.

Since humans learned how to walk as our main feet, they probably use wheels.

Have you heard of FLY BY WIRE..
Fly-by-wire - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
even an F-16 fighter is actually unstable. they installed something like self-stability system. so if the jet move by itself due to wind or something, the computer will give signal that move the flaps or anything to keep itself current position. (CMIIW, that's just my interpretation :)  )
if we, human can do these today.. why can't an alien species much older than us apply that technology to themselves.
