    Well actually a couple questions.
First: What thickness do you recommend?
2: I found some seemingly good deals on Amazon, but if there's a cheaper place, where can I find it?

Thanks in advance for the help.

    Ebay:
I've ordered some from Hobbylinc.com and it shipped out pretty fast. Here's a link to their plastics section and a list of the sizes I use most with my work. Hope you find what you're after, man!

    Hobbylinc.com - Plastics

Sizes I use most (on Deluxe and Voyager TF figures):

    Plastruct

.020"/0.5mm styrene sheet (thin/flexible sheets--you can use multiple layers to build up and shape)

.060"/1.5mm styrene sheet (a bit thicker)

.080"2.0mm styrene sheet (thicker than the previous)

    .060"/1.5mm square styrene rods

Um, personally i resort to using Styrene 'bout 1 mm thick in most cases, maybe 1.5mm.

Though i fail to see how there is a best size, whatever works really.
