Has anyone ever had any problems getting your labels from them?
I placed and paid for an order nearly 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word from them. I have tried emailing them a couple times and nothing.

Anyone know something about these guys other than "they are small"

Anyone ever NOT received your labels?

I've ordered from them a few times and the turnover is certainly not quick. Two to three weeks wait is normal.

Reprolabels always delivers but it can take quite a while to receive your orders. Best thing to do is to just forget that you made an order and be in for a surprise when the stuff finally arrive at your doorstep. :)

Wow...guess I won't be ordering from them again.
Sounds like customer service and turnaround time are not a priority.
It wouldn't be a problem if they had contacted me IN ANY WAY AT ALL.
I'm fine with waiting...as long as I know that my money will actually get used for what I ordered.
They haven't even sent me a receipt.

This has happened to me before. Just send them a friendly email saying what you ordered and when, and that you haven't received it yet. They should get right on it. Like some of the other guys here have said - sometimes they can be a little slow but I've always found that your stickers will get there eventually. :)

EDIT: oops sorry, didn't see that you'd already emailed them! I got nothin' then...

Look, they're not this giant, faceless megacorporation that's purposely ignoring you due to whims of ego and avarice. They're a handful of fans doing this in their spare time who have a hard time keeping up with demand (and one of whom is now struggling with mommy duties). I suggest writing them again and waiting a few days for a reply before jumping to conclusions.

Yup, and when new sets come out (like the Ice Cream Truck sets) could be longer, because:

Exactly, and I'd assume they get way too many emails, that it may be very time consuming to keep up, especially if they are asking: where is my stuff?

Just relax, you'll get it. Sometimes weeks, sometimes a month or more. People should just be glad they can get Reprolabels.

You can't rush quality, and these guys are awesome, no matter how long it takes, you really get your money's worth.

Didn't somebody once said, "Good things come to those who wait?"

Another reason things have slowed down is the fact that they recently purchased new equipment to produce higher-quality products and are not only converting the graphic files over at the rate of one a day (as it's an extremely slow process) but also color-checking/matching them with the original sticker sheets to minimize/eliminate any discrepancies.

Also, Reprolabels does NOT have a standing inventory. In other words, if you order ten items, one of their members doesn't just waltz over to a giant filing cabinet, open a couple of folders to retrieve the requested labels, then stick them in an envelope. The sticker sheets are made on a case-by-case basis.

Also, this is something they do ON TOP of their everyday job, so they have a limited amount of time in the day they can work towards replying to emails and filling orders.

I just placed an order with them last week, and I got this reply:

"Thanks!!! Your order has been received.

Someone else has taken over this aspect of my job. I have felt for some time that I have been spreading myself out too thin resulting in poor customer service. This has upset me very much because our customers mean so much to us, but until now we haven’t been able to do very much about it. I will still be helping and I will be overseeing the new customer service rep, but my focus will be on other projects and looking after our one year old (who demands a lot of attention, he is incredibly active). I hope that future transactions will be smooth and without error, and leave you very happy.

Any e-mails addressed to info@reprolabels.com will no longer come to me, but will instead go to April... but if you need to reach me, you can always get a hold of me through Jessica@reprolabels.com.

    Thanks again,
    Jessica"

I thought it was an odd reply at first, but now it makes more sense.

I got the same response with my most recent order, as well as this:

    Hi there,

As promised here is your email to advise your order has been sent today, October 2, 2009.

It should be received within 7-10 days, if not, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks for choosing Reprolabels and enjoy

    April J

I placed the order on Sep 25. Looks like the new girl is hooking it up! If you are still having problems, I'd suggest emailing April directly at april@reprolabels.com

I've ordered a couple times, not happy with the wait but more than satisfied when I got the stickers. Satisfied enough to make me forget the 5 weeks it took to get 'em...

Well here I am over a month and a half after placing my order and STILL have not even recieved a order confirmation. Let alone my labels.
    This company is obviously trash.
Very angry, very disappointed, NEVER ordering from these morons again.
I don't care that they don't have many employees, I don't care that they are small.
    I simply don't care.
A month and a half and no reply whatsoever.
    Thanks but no thanks.
Off to file my claim with paypal.

I have yet to read anyone say that.
worst I have read is 5 weeks...I'm at 6...and no response.
Only email I have recieved back was
..."sorry I have not looked at my orders for that day yet"
That was 3 weeks after placing my order.
Still nothing. I have sent them several emails, no response, nothing.
Tossed my money down a hole.
Unless thier quality completley blows me out of the water (If I ever recieve my order) I will never use them again.
