    Hey folks,

I'm not exactly proficient with model paints and whatnot, but I just can't let TFU Ironhide's god-awful face, windows, and a few other details go untouched... I'm not planning on painting anything that moves against other parts, so I don't see myself needing to sand anything down...

My question is this: will a clear cut be required after the paint (especially on the windows and other things)? If so, what should I use?

    Thanks in advance! :)

Clear coat, you mean? Probably not, if you're just gonna do detail work. It wouldn't be worth it. You can put it if you want to, though.

For clear coats, I use Future Floor Finish..called Pledge Future Finish now, I think.

There are spray-on finishes you can use too, but you'll have to ask others about that.
